The frecoed ceiling vault of the nave has three lunettes on each side, and the eight panels on the vault springers. At either end of the church there is a large lunette above the entablature and fitted into the vault, which has a central panel showing angels playing musical instruments, flanked by a pair of prophets. All these frescoes have been very well restored recently.
